Breathing and counting can clear your mind

Last week I shared some forms of nontraditional active meditation that help me still my mind such as baking cookies, cleaning the house, painting, and taking a shower. These activities work for me. My mind is put to use without allowing it to chatter nonstop. Others might find sewing, running, gardening, or putting a jigsaw puzzle together work for them. I also spend time in the morning sitting quietly journaling and feeling the energy inside me.

What can babies teach us about enlightenment?

How do you access Source wisdom?

Best-selling author, scientist, and educator Gregg Braden says, “Divinity is the ability to transcend perceived limitations.” I agree 100 percent and will go a step further. Our divinity is ageless, timeless, and linked to our intuition and direct knowing (or what is believed to be God, Creator, Source). When we deny our own deep knowing we are attempting to sever a part of ourselves that makes us complete, whole, secure in our body.
