This is the quickest way to feel better

Let’s get right to it. This is the most powerful energy technique I know of to quickly get yourself (and your family) feeling better mentally, emotionally, and physically. It supports your nervous system, reduces anxiety, and creates connection within your body by sending energy up your spine. And it’s soooooo freakin simple to do.

Step one: Put your middle finger on your belly button, and the other middle finger on your brow chakra (center of your forehead).

Step two: Push in and pull up.

Step three: As you do this technique, close your eyes and breathe deeply and slowly in through your nose and out through your mouth about 6 times until you feel better.

And that’s it! You might feel some tingling in your body, or feel a sense of relief, or feel lighter. Everyone’s body is different, and you’ll feel what’s right for you. This technique is perfect for strengthening your energy field and helping you to feel more like you.
