Optimize your future by using your mind

Late last fall, I’d been jumping on a trampoline with my grandkiddos, getting fancy, and injured my tailbone. Initially, it felt sort of bruised, but by mid-December I was in real pain. My L5 was bigtime inflamed.

The pain traveled down my leg and throbbed in my ankle. I couldn’t sit or lie down. I couldn’t sleep. My only relief was walking, icing, and Tylenol.

I KNEW my body was letting me know I was working through a few beliefs about support and abundance. I saw my chiropractor, my massage/myofascial release therapist, my naturopath, and an energy worker, but I never once thought I wouldn’t get better, so I never had any fear.

I thanked my body for its messages, and concentrated on a full recovery for my future. In my mind I saw myself living as though the injury was only an experience designed to help me get clear. I could see myself laughing with loved ones, enjoying full movement and restful sleep. I clearly saw my future and I was perfectly healthy.

It took three months, but as I worked through my beliefs, the swelling and pain around my disc decreased. I’m happy to say I feel completely recovered, as I knew I would.

This is a good use of mind projection. See yourself healed, or in that new career, or your perfect relationship, or the perfect home, or whatever you want. Work through and answer all those pesky beliefs that limit your life, and keep your prime focus on your desired outcome. Don’t let your mind pull you into fear or doubt. Your mind truly can heal you and more.

And as always, I’m available for private or gallery sessions if you need deeper understanding, support, or guidance through energy work or intuitive life coaching.
