Learn how to tap joy into your nervous system to create happiness in your life
Here’s a super easy, yet powerful method that will increase your joy and shift your mind to more positive thinking.
The next time you’re feeling happy, grateful, awe-inspired, or appreciative, enhance the feeling by tapping your brow chakra (third eye) with your middle finger for 5-10 seconds. The brow chakra is the space on your forehead, between your eyebrows above the bridge of your nose.
The tapping creates a rhythmic pulse of positive energy on an acupressure point that helps govern the central nervous system. The brow chakra is linked with intuition and psychic awareness.
Tapping on the brow chakra point while feeling or remembering good moments in your life, trains your nervous system to be more joyful.
