Feeling emotional and scattered? Try this
When you’re excited about something it feels like you’re soaring with energy. When you’re sad or depressed you might have no energy at all and find it difficult to motivate yourself. If you feel anxious, it’s often hard to stop worrying or thinking about a problem. Emotions change your energy vibration.
This easy technique will help you stay balanced and build your vibration when you’re feeling unsettled, emotional, or scattered in your thinking.
The steps:
Sit on the floor or in a chair. Relax and get comfy. Close your eyes. As you inhale deeply through your nose, visualize all your energy coming back to you as sparkling bright light.
Exhale a short, powerful burst out through your mouth, and as you do, visualize any energy you’re holding that isn’t yours or no longer serves you released back to the Universe as sparkling bright light. Trust that the Universe knows exactly what to do with this energy.
Repeat three times, or as often as feels good to you.
